Duties

  • Plan and direct food preparation and culinary activities
  • Create and execute menus in collaboration with management
  • Supervise kitchen staff and coordinate their tasks
  • Ensure compliance with food safety standards and regulations
  • Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
  • Train new kitchen staff members
  • High interaction with seniors

Qualifications

  • Proven experience working in a restaurant or similar food service establishment
  • In-depth knowledge of food preparation techniques and meal presentation
  • Familiarity with kitchen equipment and utensils
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team
  • Excellent time management and organizational abilities
  • Certification in food safety is preferred but not required

Job Types : Part-time, Casual

Pay: $20.65-$25.68 per hour

Expected hours: 8 - 32 per week
