Responsibilities Oversee daily warehouse activities, including shipping, receiving, maintenance, inventory management, and labor allocation, with a keen emphasis on accuracy. Manage reconciliation and maintenance of ongoing items such as open orders, returns, and claims. Coordinate training for new employees and ensure ongoing training for current staff members. Ensure compliance with all company safety policies and procedures within the warehouse. Provide support to the warehouse manager in various operational activities. Proficient operation of electric reach and electric clamp forklifts. Qualifications Minimum of three (3) years of experience in Warehouse Supervisor roles.
