Lost Bell Winery is looking for a hard working individual to be part of a growing and dynamic team.

Responsibilities : General vineyard work Tucking, pruning, planting Shoot thinning, cultivating, tying Harvesting grapes Trellis maintenance Basic maintenance of tools Hedging/ grass cutting Other duties as assigned

Work Conditions : Various weather conditions Standing for extended periods of time Walking, bending, sitting, crouching, kneeling for extended periods of time Able to lift 30+ lbs.

Qualifications : Have own transportation to and from Falmouth Experience considered an asset Must be organized, attention to detail Willing to learn, kind and respectful of others

Schedule : Seasonal position from mid April to end of October Full time hours, depending on weather and business needs Monday to Friday 8am - 4pm, sometimes earlier mornings when the weather is hot Some weekends may be required

Compensation : Starting Wage $15/hour Up to $16 after a successful review Job training from a supportive team Friendly and safe work environment Staff bottle reward program

Job Type : Seasonal

Salary : From $15.00 per hour
