The Role

As part of the TLC Pet Service Team, the customer service representative is responsible for delivering unmatched customer service to the Company’s fast-growing customer base.

Responsibilities include:

  • Interacting with customers by telephone, electronically, or in person
  • Responding promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via the Company’s internal ticketing system
  • Managing customer accounts -account creation, updating payment and shipping information, assisting with placing orders/managing Autoship schedules, etc., via the Company’s Business Management System
  • Authorizing returns and issuing refunds
  • Coordinating and communicating with other departments
  • Performing other tasks as assigned

Position Requirements

This role is performed on-site at the Company’s Canadian headquarters, located at 3514 Bleams Rd., New Hamburg, Ontario; just 20 minutes from Kitchener.

Mon - Fri 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • New Hamburg, ON N3A 2J7: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Education :

  • Secondary School (preferred)

Experience :

  • Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
