Laser Operator – Concord, ON (Day Shift)

Job Title: Laser Welder OperatorDay Shift (Mon-Fri)Salary: $25/hour startingLocation: Concord, Ontario Job Description:We are seeking a skilled and experienced Laser Welder Operator to join a growing team in the Concord, Ontario area. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 or more years of hands-on experience in setting up and operating laser welding equipment. As a Laser Welder Operator, you will be responsible for reading blueprints, setting up laser welder machine, and producing high-quality welds. Responsibilities: Set up and operate laser welder equipment according to specifications.Read and interpret blueprints, sketches, or product specifications to determine sequence and methods of laser welding.Perform quality checks to ensure finished products meet company standards.Maintain a safe and clean work environment by following procedures, rules, and regulations.Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues as they arise.Collaborate with team members to optimize productivity and efficiency. Requirements: Minimum of 2 years of experience in setting up and operating laser welders.Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints.Strong attention to detail and quality.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.Knowledge of safety procedures and practices.Ability to lift and move heavy materials if required.
