The Job – Cleaner / Packer SupervisorAt On Side, Cleaner Packers, also known as Contents Technicians show up every day with a can-do attitude and desire to help. This team does vital work helping clients save precious possessions and memories with empathy, compassion, and hard work.When disaster strikes, Contents Technician teams are deployed to restore order out of chaos and clean up the aftermath. Working on site and in the On Side warehouse means no day or disaster is ever the same.The Supervisor on this team reports to the Operations and/or Content Manager and helps with the day-to-day direction of the team. Leading communications with Project Managers, Adjusters and trades communication skills are a necessary requirement of the job. The Cleaner / Packer Supervisor is responsible for: Leading and providing direction to the teamCommunicating with cross-functional teams and clientsWorking independently and with the teamOrganizational skills and warehousing skills absolutely required with strict adherence to 5S Standards.Working with customers to restore personal and commercial items to pre-disaster statePacking and cataloging contents from disaster affected areas and creating inventory listsCleaning contents and structuresCleaning fabrics and textilesAttention to detail and quality job completion mandatory.
