The role is responsible for booking and tracking shipments of freight. • Finding the best carrier to move freight • Maintaining relationships with clients/carriers • Negotiate rates with carriers to find the best rate • Provide exceptional customer service to all clients • Track and Trace, monitor pickup and delivery status • Coordinate the freight movement with the operations and sales team Qualifications • Must have at least 1 year experience in a transport or 3PL company to have the knowledge of the industry and carrier companies • Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills • Problem solver with ability to identify issues and provide solutions quickly • Must be able to overcome issues and resolve problems • Must be comfortable on the phone and have great communication skills. • Strong negotiating skills and the ability to develop relationships with carriers are a must. • English and French is preferred Summary Focusing the Transport & Logistics industry, we are here to help you find the right job in this field.
