Brandt is currently seeking an Office Administrator for our Nanaimo Construction & Forestry location. Primary responsibilities include: general office duties, switchboard, typing and filing.  Working on a multi-line switchboard, knowledge of Microsoft Office and strong organizational skills are considered assets. As well as helping the Service department with Service Writer duties.  Duties and Responsibilities The work requires specialized and comprehensive knowledge of administrative work methods, procedures, approaches, and operations. Two year Diploma or University Degree, or equivalent experience, is preferred 2+ years office administration experience is preferred General understanding of mechanical/technical terms is preferred Demonstrated proficiency with all Microsoft Office programs is essential Team player with good intuition and strong sense of urgency about solving problems and getting work completed Adaptable and organized in a fast-paced office Punctual with exceptional customer service and prioritization skills Strong business English skills for creating correspondence, presentations, documents and reports   #LI-onsite Required Skills Required Experience
