Job title: Accounting Clerk Salary: $45,000-$50,000 100% remote Location: Vaudreuil, QC Full benefits We are hiring an organized and detail-oriented Accounting Clerk to join our team. This role involves processing invoices, ensuring timely payments, and supporting financial operations. Open to a young ambitious graduate willing to learn and prove himself/herself within company! Advantages Hybrid work schedule - 2 days work from home Health and dental group insurance Ability to develop and grow within the company 3 weeks vacation Responsibilities Invoice and Payment Processing: Review and enter invoices accurately. Process payments, reconcile discrepancies. Vendor Relations: Communicate with vendors regarding payments. Maintain positive vendor relationships. Recordkeeping and Reporting: Organize accounts payable files. Generate relevant reports. Qualifications Post-secondary education in accounting. Previous experience in accounts payable/receivable or a similar role. Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office, especially Excel. Strong attention to detail, organizational, and time-management skills. Effective communication and interpersonal abilities. Bilingual.
