As a Bilingual (English/French) Case manager, you will be responsible for outbound calls regarding various international insurance products and services. 6-month contract, with a high possibility of extension or permanent hire Work availability: Monday - Sunday (24/7) Schedules given in advance, full-time employment Location: work from home - remote Equipment provided Advantages Below is a summary of the benefits you can enjoy in this role as a Bilingual (English/French) Case coordinator : - Work from home - A dynamic work environment - Rotational shifts - Possibility of extension and advancement within the company - Equipment provided by the employer - Virtual training - An inclusive and accessible work environment - Working with a leading Canadian company Responsibilities As a Bilingual (English/French) case coordinator, you will be responsible for: - Bilingual (English/French) - Taking outbound customer service inquiries regarding medical insurance policies - Provide knowledgeable assistance to clients over the phone and some email - Create a warm and pleasant experience for clients - Achieve quality service by assessing & responding to client needs - Capturing call/email details into a case-tracking system - Building and maintaining strong client relationships Qualifications - Excellent communication skills in English and French (verbal and written) - Minimum 2 years previous experience in Customer service or call centre is required - At least 1 year of case management experience - Strong problem-solving skills - Tech savvy and working knowledge of computers - Full-time and flexible availability - Wired internet connection (Ethernet cable) - (nice to have) medical insurance background Summary Are you a bilingual case coordinator looking for a job in the insurance/customer service industry?
