Please read the full description and apply by sending your CV to Emilie and Jessica if this job sounds like your next career choice: Emilie.Armstrong@randstad.ca Jessica.Lovelace@randstad.ca 514-695-7388 Advantages Here are the advantages of the electronic welder: - Located in Coteau-du-lac, only 15 minutes from Valleyfield, 20 minutes from Vaudreuil and 30 minutes from the West Island - Salary range from $20-23/h based on experience - Monday-Friday from 7am-3:30pm - Summer hours: Monday-Thursday 6:15am to 3:30pm, and Friday 7am to 12pm!!! - Opportunities availble for welders with no degrees, or newly diplomed welders with no experience - Opportunity for permanence with benefits after the probationary period Responsibilities - Hand soldering thru-hole and surface mount components including fine pitch using leaded and RoHS process ensuring IPC criteria has been met according to IPC 610 and J-STD-001 - In-process inspection and touch up of thru-hole and surface mount components using microscope - Reworking thru-hole and surface mount assemblies including fine pitch components and ensuring that IPC criteria has been met according to IPC 7711/7721 standard - Ability to demonstrate rework skills with de-soldering station and hot air gun Qualifications - Minimum 2 years of experience in electronic welding or assembly with rework experience - Experience with SMT and thru-hole rework - Ability to communicate in French/English - Background in IPC-A-610 (Acceptability of Electronics Assembly), a plus - Basic knowledge of J-STD-001 (Requirements for Soldered Electrical and Electronic Assemblies), a plus - Knowledge of IPC 7711/7721 (Rework, Modification and Repair of Electronic Assemblies), a plus - We are looking for someone organized and detail oriented - Ability to travel to Coteau-du-lac daily - Ability to work the summer hours schedule during summer time Summary Emilie.Armstrong@randstad.ca Jessica.Lovelace@randstad.ca 514-695-7388 $20-23/h Welder Coteau-du-lac Randstad Canada is committed to fostering a workforce reflective of all peoples of Canada.
