Furthermore, the success experienced by COGIR Immobilier is based on good teamwork between the different departments and on all the people who have joined the company for more than 25 years.POSITION DESCRIPTION:We are currently looking for an empathetic Beneficiary Attendant who cares about the well-being of residents.The resident attendant sees to the comfort, well-being, safety and general needs of residents by providing them with hygiene and comfort care.Schedule every other weekend from 7:00 a.M. to 7:00 p.M. On call day or evening.ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:Adhere to standards and regulations in accordance with private seniors' home certification and employer policiesAdminister medication in accordance with safety principles and the codes of ethicsAnswering call bellsAssist and/or accompany residents in getting aroundContribute to the adjustment of a residents' action plan based on their observationsIn collaboration with the different teams, carry out health and hygienic care to the residents while maintaining their dignity and integrity .Proactively assist and support the residentsRespond to all emergency situationsWhile interacting with them, report any noticeable changes in a residents mental or physical health to the on-call nurse.EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:PDSB trainingUp to date CPR / AED training certificatesLaw 90 trainingBENEFITS:Uniform providedFloating days offSocial leaveVacationHuman management approachOngoing trainingConsistent scheduleCareer Welcome and integration ProgramRecognition programJOB STATUS:Permanent: Part TimeJOB SCHEDULE:Weekends
