Primary Qualifications: (MUST READ before applying)

• Must be flexible / willing to work shorter shifts (1-3 hours) :

• Willingness to travel to clients location ( Plattsville and Ayr) :

• Available in morning shifts starts 9am to 3pm :

• Willing to visit 1-3 clients a day / connecting shifts

Shift Schedules :

• WED, FRI : 9a-2pm (Plattsville)
• MON &WED: 11am-3p, then FRI: 11am-2pm (Ayr)

Promyse Home Care is looking for caring, competent and qualified Personal Support Worker(s) to provide support for our clients in a professional and compassionate manner.

Duties/Responsibilities :

• Provide Personal Care to clients (bathing, dressing, toileting, feeding)
• Cook (Prepare meals based on the client care plan)
• Clean (Mop, Laundry, Clean Kitchen/Dishes)
• Home support
• Companionship
• Appointment accompaniment

Other Job Qualifications :

• Dedication and passion to work as a PSW is a PLUS
• Pleasing personality and compassionate
• Must be living in Ontario Canada , preferably near in the following locations: (Plattsville, New Hamburg and Ayr)

Required : Must be a certified PSW / HCA or international nurse

• Must have a vehicle with license or a reliable vehicle for transportation
• Experience with Alzheimer's, Dementia, Parkinson's, etc is preferred
• Criminal record check with Vulnerable Sector Check (within the last 6 months)
• Current CPR Training (not expired)
• Negative TB test or Chest X-Ray result
• COVID Vaccination (Completely vaccinated - 2 doses)
• Excellent verbal and written English language skills
• Personal cell phone with a mobile data plan.
• Willing to visit 1-3 clients locations/day
• Minimum 1 to 2 years work experience providing seniors or disabled adults with care
• Willing to start to work immediately (within 1-7 days)
