The successful candidate will adopt a team-oriented approach. They will also embrace the challenges of working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where our clients are prioritized. Reporting to the Head of Marketing Canada, this trusted individual will need to quickly understand business needs and adapt to a variety of circumstances involving diverse stakeholders. Your responsibilities:Support the Head of Marketing in the purchase of tables, donations and sponsorships for all Canadian activities, including the management of invoices, invitations and attendance tracking (internal and external).Coordinate external partnership agreements aimed at promoting the business development efforts of the Canadian Institutional and Private Wealth team.Contribute to the organization and smooth running of events, such as lunch and learn seminars and cocktails for clients.Maintain the calendar of activities and deadlines related to marketing activities and keep the team informed of upcoming deliverables.Using Salesforce Pardot, support the team in managing communications related to marketing efforts for Canadian clients.Simultaneously manage all other administrative tasks related to the nature of your duties.Must have requirements to be successful in this role:Post-secondary education in administrative studies, office administration or any other relevant disciplinePrevious experience as an administrative assistant or corporate event coordinatorHigh level of autonomy, initiative and versatilityHeightened sense of responsibility and pride in a job well doneExcellent ability to understand issues and solve problems, as well as great adaptabilityAbility to work in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environmentExcellent communication skills and a high degree of work disciplineExcellent organizational and time management skills, as well as a sustained ability to prioritize tasks and make informed decisionsProficiency with the Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook) and other technological tools for administrative supportKnowledge of Salesforce Pardot is an asset.Bilingualism (English and French), both spoken and written
