Business Analyst

Position Summary The main responsibility of the Business Analyst is to provide high-quality analyses and provide strategic recommendations to achieve business objectives. This role encompasses the full spectrum of commercial analytics and sales effectiveness (collect, synthesize, and analyze data) including baseline data to monitor and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and analyzing opportunities to improve performance of our key brands. Reports To Business Insights & Forecasting Manager Specific Responsibilities - Develop dashboards using IQVIA databases and other data sources. - Develop and measure key performance indicators (KPIs) to support the marketing and sales teams. - Measure internal KPIs to understand brands performance across therapeutic areas. - Understand and align reporting with financial budget targets, reforecasts, ongoing project controls and portfolio prioritization. - Support product managers in maintaining and enhancing existing project and portfolio management tools used to monitor, track and report on project and portfolio cost, schedule and resource. - Analyze complex business problems and issues using data from internal and external sources and provide perspective and insights on issues and/or opportunities. - Work collaboratively with sales, finance, market access and other cross-functional teams on data requests to solve business problems. - Support the maintenance and update internal forecast models. - Support in the management of the CRM processes such as, bulk data loading, consolidation of multiple data sets and cross-checking calculations to ensure data accuracy. - Analytical skills - Problems solving - Forecasting skills - Attention to detail - Intellectual curiosity - Excellent communication & presentation skills - Bilingual - Ability to communicate with stakeholders - Interest in marketing and financial analysis Required - Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, engineering, statistics, economics, or any related field. - 1-2 years’ experience in a similar role within the pharmaceutical industry. - Experience with Commercial Analytics/Business Analysis models, techniques, procedures and processes. - Bilingual, written and verbal, for both language (English and French). - Advanced skills in MS Excel Asset - Master’s degree in Business Administration - Experience with Tableau, Power BI Note: The use of the masculine gender includes the feminine and is employed solely to facilitate reading.
