You’ll spend the first phase of development learning exactly how our Client’s unique business operates – from shipping and receiving, counter sales, to operations management and everything in between. Then you’ll get to know customers, growing a sales territory of your own by being out in the field engaging customers to provide world class customer service and building customer loyalty. Advantages Advantages: •A world-class leadership development training program • $47 500 annually with an annual raise •Experienced mentors and on-the-job training •Growth potential with a commitment to internal promotion •A career in a solid, stable company with strong core values •Competitive base salary •Limitless profit sharing •Medical and dental benefits •Pension package option Responsibilities Duties and Responsibilities: •Phase 1 – Warehouse Logistics – Learn the products we sell, how they get from the vendor to the customer and understand all levels of sales support. •Phase 2 – Operations – Get involved in our customer service, counter sales, order management, inventory and pricing controls, credit management, financial statements, and much more… •Phase 3 – Inside Sales/Project Management – Go from helping customers with various product and service issues to managing large-scale projects. •Phase 4 – Outside Sales/Account Management – Learn how to find new business opportunities, sell our products, negotiate contracts, and build customer and vendor relationships. Qualifications Job Requirements: •University or College graduate preferred •Positive attitude and results oriented mindset •Work well in a team-based environment •Desire to provide a strong customer service level •Strong work ethic. Independent and self-motivated •Ability and desire to learn.
