Job DescriptionAre you passionate about event planning? Join our team as the Programs and Events Marketing Coordinator. You will be responsible for executing various programs, events, and conferences. This role demands a proactive approach to creating detailed plans and timelines, adhering to the given budgets, managing logistics, and close collaboration with creative teams and internal stakeholders. You’ll orchestrate client-focused initiatives, emphasizing client retention, participation, and content excellence. Through meticulous planning, budget management, and collaboration, you’ll ensure seamless event experiences.Responsibilities:Coordinate programs, events, and conferences, prioritizing an exceptional client experience and promptly addressing issues to maintain loyaltyCreate and manage event registration and content within the online event app(Cvent), creating a seamless experience for attendees to enhance client engagement and retentionWork as required with cross-functional teams to create engaging agendas for programs, events, and conferences, fostering participation and interaction among attendeesOrganize presentations, panel discussions, workshops, and meetings with event speakers to facilitate active engagement and participation, ensuring diverse and enriching contentParticipate in content strategy development for programs, events, and conferences, collaborating with creative teams on marketing materials to effectively communicate key messages and enhance the attendee experienceCooperate with executives and cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication throughout event planning and execution, keeping attendees informed and engagedUnderstand ISAAC's mission, align actions with objectives, and collaborate efficiently to achieve them while ensuring a balance between organizational and personal needsDemonstrate openness, flexibility, and creativity while maintaining ISAAC's standards and having the grit to overcome resistances and obstaclesContinuously improve knowledge and skills, use logic and discernment to identify suitable solutions, and provide quality service to colleagues and clients to foster loyalty to ISAAC's culture and brandShow care and radiate authenticity with colleagues and clients while respecting ISAAC's valuesQualificationsStart date: mid-September1-3 years of relevant work experiencePost- secondary education in Marketing, Events management, Communications or related field or equivalent experienceMust be willing to work off hours as required, including evenings or weekends during event timesStrong interpersonal skills with the ability to quickly build rapport with colleagues and stakeholdersStrong event planning, organizational, and execution skillsProficiency in collaborating with cross-functional teams and experience in budgetingExcellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for managing business relationships (French and English)Data analysis skills for evaluating event successProject management expertise, with experience in event coordination.Valid passport and driver's license.Additional InformationCollaborators are at the center of ISAAC’s interests and values.
