AZ/DZ Hydrovac Operator

GFL Environmental is looking for a Hydrovac Operator to support our Commercial lines of business out of our Bradford site.Key Responsibilities:Operate Vacuum/Hydrovac Truck.Operate Box Truck or Tractor Trailer.Power washing and High Pressure Water blasting as required.Line snaking, Drain and Pipe Inspections as required.Operate Pick-up truck, utility trailer, forklift, excavator, bobcat, etc.Maintain cleanliness of Tools and Equipment and Industrial Services Shop.Industrial cleaning of chemical non-hazardous and hazardous waste.Collection of hazardous and non-hazardous goods.Complete all necessary paperwork and government documentsDigging holes and trenchesSecuring of open excavationOperating equipment and toolsSite preparation and clean-up as directedSecuring and safely loading / unloading vehicles with suppliesSecure work area and set up traffic controlKnowledge, Skills and Competencies:Valid DZ or AZ license.Strong mechanical aptitude with ability to perform routine vehicle maintenance.Working hours anywhere from around 5:30 AM - 6:30 PM Monday - Friday with on-call requirements once every few months on SaturdayComfortable with 80% labour and 20% driving.Mechanical aptitude.Strong work ethic.Professional/mature demeanor under stressful situations.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Will be required to work both indoors and outdoors.Manual dexterity, ability to lift 75+ lbs required.Overtime as required.
