Responsibilities Include
This role is entrepreneurially focused meaning seeking out answers and being resourceful, thinking outside of traditional norms and managing/overseeing multiple areas of the online business, this includes but is not limited to,
- Identifying and building new partnerships.
- Management of online e-commerce store and Amazon account.
- Compiling shipments and overseeing orders are correctly filled by the in-house logistics/warehousing team and 3rd party fulfillment providers.
- Data analysis (a basic level of understanding is a requirement).
- Understanding operational flow, structure and nuances of running an E-Commerce business.
- Generating and organizing systematic processes, some of which to be delegated (or automated) overtime.
- Social media management including Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn (graphic support provided by marketing team.)
Experience
- E-commerce experience is required.
- Amazon business account experience is required.
- Account management/relationship management experience is required.
- Ability to self motivate and work individually as well as with a small marketing team.
- High level of organization, process oriented, results driven and strong attention to detail is essential.
- Knowledge of search engine optimization and social media influencer marketing is a bonus.
