Description du poste Vous êtes responsable de la gestion des payables et les impacts sur l’inventaire théorique des magasins qui lui sont attribués selon les normes et politiques établies par le siège social de UAP inc. Préparer des rapports de contrôle qui établit la valeur des inventaires des magasins. Exécuter différentes tâches cléricales. Par exemple, codifier des factures, les rapports de coûts, les registres de réclamations, les rapports d’écarts et la gestion des documents magasins centralisés; Valider divers rapport TAMS, classement des documents magasins, divers documents du siège social. Valider le journal des achats, le grand livre et faire le nécessaire pour permettre aux intervenants de comptabiliser une prise d’inventaire annuel. Gérer et contrôler l’arrivée du courrier interne et le courrier provenant des magasins. Applique des mesures et prend des décisions dont l’incidence sur les résultats du service est généralement limitée.
