Location: Hybrid role based in Quebec (HQ in Montreal) with occasional travel to other sites across Quebec as needed.

Our client, a longstanding manufacturing company established in the 1960s, is transitioning from AX to Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O). This shift marks a significant advancement in optimizing business operations across their multiple Quebec sites.

Position Overview:

Seeking an experienced D365 F&O Business Analyst to spearhead the implementation and integration of Dynamics 365 F&O within the organization. This role serves as the primary resource for F&O, driving its successful adoption and maximizing its benefits.

Responsibilities:

  • with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional specifications for D365 F&O.
  • configuration, customization, and implementation of D365 F&O modules.
  • testing, provide support and training to end-users, and ensure system accuracy.
  • as a subject matter expert on D365 F&O functionality and best practices.
  • opportunities for process improvement within the organization's workflows.

Qualifications:

  • degree in Business Administration, IT, or related field.
  • years of experience in a similar role, with proven D365 F&O implementation success.
  • proficiency in English and French.
  • analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • in the manufacturing industry preferred.
  • in D365 F&O or relevant Microsoft certifications a plus.
