Brandt is currently seeking a Sales Manager for our Sudbury Construction & Forestry location. The Sales Manager will be responsible for achieving sales growth and profitability of the wholegoods department.   Duties & Responsibilities Achieving asset management goals of turn and aging as well as protection of company assets, including but not limited to new and used wholegood inventory Providing for the right mix of inventory to achieve sales and market share goals Management and development of all employees in the Sales Department with the goal of building a motivated and successful workforce focused on long-term success for the company, customers, and employees Achieving market share goals as agreed for the long-term success of our manufacturer and the company Providing feedback and input into future opportunities and competitive pressures Assisting in the management of branch account receivables in conjunctions with the Director of Credit Services and VPO of Operations Other duties as assigned #LI-onsite Required Skills Must be able to build and maintain lasting relationships with corporate department,s key business partners, and customers Confident decision making skills in regards to financial transactions, sales strategy, budgeting, and forecasting High level of critical and logical thinking, analysis, and reasoning Must be available to travel as needed; a recent driver's abstract will be required   Required Experience Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred 7+ years’ direct work experience in a sales management capacity Experience in the heavy equipment industry strongly preferred Must be able to build and maintain lasting relationships with corporate department,s key business partners, and customers Confident decision making skills in regards to financial transactions, sales strategy, budgeting, and forecasting High level of critical and logical thinking, analysis, and reasoning Must be available to travel as needed; a recent driver's abstract will be required
