Electronic Technician (English/French)

Electronic Technician (Bilingual – FR/ENG) – (Permanent Position)

Our client, one of the leaders in the Technology/Manufacturing sector is looking to grow their team and is hiring for a Electronic Technician to join our Engineering team in the Laval, Quebec office. As a member of the hardware team, you will assist hardware, RF and System engineers in developing, prototyping, characterizing, and troubleshooting various components and subsystems.

Shift: Monday-Friday, 9AM-5PM

Onsite 5 days a week

Location: Laval, QC

Responsibilities:

Building test setups and conduct radar tests outdoor.

Building test jigs and cables.

Documenting Engineering schematics, parts lists, and configurations

Performing electronic repairs, modifications, and measurements.

Troubleshooting and diagnose problems using schematics.

Performing work in accordance with quality and engineering standards

Completing any other work-related task as directed by supervisor

Qualifications:

College degree in electronics or equivalent

3+ years of experience in a technician role

Knowledge of current technologies in electrical circuits, RF and small pitch components packages

Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task

Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) and SAP.

Working knowledge of French and English
