AppleOne is hiring for an Office Administrator for a client in Alvinston, ON. Looking for experience with Customer Service, Office/Admin and knowledge with Sage software would be an asset. Pay: 19-20/hr 100% in office Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm depending on the day - Benefits after 3 months- Vacation paid out bi-weekly (can schedule accordingly) Duties: - Phones are steady (on Thursday and Friday someone comes in to answer the phones, sorts invoices, puts paperwork together for vendors) - Helping with the service counter a required, speaking with customers - Answering phones & taking/relaying messages - Scheduling staff events for the company - Scheduling tire/used oil & filter pick up - Ordering office supplies & Uniforms - Issue ROE's when required Requirements: -1-2 years of office administrative experience - Automotive experience is handy (used car lot) add in inventory and take out inventory - Drivers license G
