Product Marketing Manager / Hybrid

Responsibilities Reporting to the Demand Generation Director, you’ll bring your knowledge and expertise to help the organization hit its client retention and product adoption goals. You will also deliver marketing strategy and campaigns to meet business objectives with ISAAC partnerships. Owning the client and product lifecycle programs Work closely with the Sales, Product and Client Success teams on the entire client and product lifecycle. Collaborate with the Sales,Product, Marketing and Client Success teams to deliver creative solutions to acquire new clients,  upsell accounts, provide added-value services, grow repeat usage efficiently and drive client loyalty. Work in close collaboration with the Product team on the go-to-market strategy and execution of new products and new features. Develop campaign strategy briefs to be used as tools for creating targeted, relevant, and personalized content at each stage of the client lifecycle. Develop and execute programs through multiple channels including email, push notifications, in-application messaging, and make recommendations to improve client touchpoints. Develop a deep understanding of our client base, in partnership with the Analytics team, including product usage, client needs, and churn signals. Work in close collaboration with Demand Generation and Digital Marketing teams on campaigns supporting go-to-market of product roadmap driving new client acquisitions, client growth and retention. Effectively manage campaign and program execution all the while working in close collaboration with marketing creative services. Work closely with the Marketing Operations team to understand clients’ responses to programs with a test and learn methodology and A/B testing. Measure initiative performance and communicate results and learnings to all internal teams. Managing relationship with technology partners Manage relationships with technology partners and their marketing teams, including campaign planning, status reports and processing stakeholder reviews and approvals. Lead the annual marketing planning strategy for the partnerships to deliver on client marketing and business objectives and KPI’s related to acquisition and account management. Develop and execute client acquisition strategies across multiple paid, owned, earned, and shared channels by our partners. Proactively identify new growth opportunities and work collaboratively, internally and with our partners to optimize go-to-market plans. Lead, from a marketing perspective, the relationship for the partner in collaboration with the Business Development team. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in a marketing or business-related field and/or equivalent work experience 5+ years of work experience in marketing, in a B2B environment Bilingual (English is a must) Experience in client lifecycle management strategies and execution Experience working with partners within collaborative and integrated marketing environments Proven track record in applying strategic thinking to develop annual strategic marketing plans Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Proficiency in managing complex projects involving multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams Positive, problem-solving mindset; a team player who before all loves to help and provide solutions Knowledge of Salesforce and Pardot is an asset.
