Responsibilities Supervise Pro and Audio department technicians and activities. Perform electronics troubleshooting and repair. Improve RMA’s open-close lead-time and monitor RMA’S aging. Collaborate with purchasers to implement replenishment strategies. Document Pro and Audio processes and key working procedures. Maintain balanced workload of technicians and oversee cross-training requirements. Provide weekly written reports summarizing major activities and accomplishments. Ensure compliance with safety and quality policies and standards. Qualifications Minimum 2 years of previous supervisory experience. Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and develop a team of service technicians. Electronics diploma (mandatory) with 5 years of troubleshooting and repair experience. Strong knowledge of pro-audio equipment (Mixing Consoles, Wireless, Lighting, Amps, etc.). Leadership qualities including decisiveness, integrity, and ability to motivate a team. Customer-centric mindset with focus on delivering high-quality service. Ability to prioritize tasks, manage workflows, and meet deadlines. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Applications. CSA certification (Strong asset). Excellent bilingual communication skills (French and English). Demonstrated organizational ability and follow-through in a fast-paced environment.
