We are seeking a skilled individual with comprehensive knowledge of problem analysis, project management, and IT components to support our Vancouver client's current ADO implementation and drive optimization initiatives. Responsibilities • Work as a member of the IT-PMO team in supporting the current ADO implementation • Play an active role in the optimization project, helping assess current state and ideal state • Will help implement recommendations from the POC, and assessment findings • Will help re-configure ADO to support core IT Business Processes • Will provide continued support once the optimization project is complete • Look for opportunities and make recommendations on potential adjustments to ADO to be more effective to meet the needs of MV • Apply industry best practices • Facilitate problem solving discussions and general communications between sub teams, and how they use ADO looking for opportunities for optimization • Create related deliverables including, SOP documents, process flows, high-level design documents, test plans, reports, and dashboards • Provide technical expertise for possible system integrations • Support the future phases of the ADO use with in IT, and the organization Qualifications • University graduation at the Bachelor's level in computer sciences, business, or engineering. • Microsoft Certified: DevOps Engineer is an asset • Thorough knowledge of problem definition and analysis related to business processes and systems planning. • Knowledge with ADO functionality, configuration, application architecture, and best practices. • Considerable knowledge of project management and business analysis. • Considerable knowledge of information technology components, processes, and application development life cycle. • Strong ability to document, analyze and assess information from various sources, identify priorities and resources and propose alternative business processes. • Proven experience in software testing and test plan development. • Familiarity with software development methodologies and project management principles. • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. • Knowledge of cloud computing, SaaS solutions, system integration and workflow technology. • Ability to be flexible and highly adaptive in a fast-paced environment. • Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) and/or Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) designations are an asset. In addition, this position requires the ability to: • Establish and maintain effective working relationships with various internal and external contacts. • Provide advice and assistance on matters related to the work. • Communicate effectively orally and in writing. • Perform assigned duties with minimal supervision, although direction will be given. • Maintain confidentiality.
