Responsibilities:

  • Memorizing dishes to make
  • Prepare ingredients for cooking, including chopping vegetables, cutting meat, and gathering spices
  • Assist in meal preparation and cooking tasks as directed by the head chef
  • Follow recipes and portion control guidelines to ensure consistency in food quality
  • Ensure food safety and proper handling of ingredients throughout the cooking process
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen area
  • Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure efficient and timely food production

Skills :

  • Previous experience in a restaurant or food service setting is preferred
  • Knowledge of basic meal preparation techniques and food safety guidelines
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays

Salary : $16.55-$22.38 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 44 per week
