Accounts Payable Coordinator

If you have previous accounts payable and reconciliation experience and have worked in a manufacturing or similar fast pace setting, we may have an amazing opportunity for you! We are in search of an Accounts Payable Coordinator to support our client in Guelph, ON. The ideal candidate will be well organized, detail-oriented and have a strong knowledge of accounting processes. Important to note: this position requires the successful candidate to work Monday - Friday fully ONSITE. Responsibilities As the Accounts Payable Coordinator you will be responsible for: - Reconciling, coding and entering invoices - Following up on vendor statements - Maintaining and generating reconciliation reports - Following up on missed invoiced items and discrepancies - Provide backup support to the A/R associate - General administrative support including data entry, filing and monitoring the general inbox - Other duties as assigned Qualifications - Previous experience in a similar Accounts Payable position with a good understanding of processes and reconciliations - Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong analytical skills - Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment driven by deadlines - High attention to detail and accuracy - Strong organizational and prioritizing skills - Experience with MS Office Suite required Summary If you are interested in the Accounts Payable Coordinator position and would like to apply, please follow the "how to apply" steps below. 1) Apply at www.randstad.ca 2) Please also directly email lauren.campana@randstad.ca with the title "Accounts Payable - Guelph" Our services will never be at a cost to you.
