Our client working in the field of insurance & wealth management, is looking to hire a fantastic candidate for their Office Assistant position in Ville Mont-Royal. This is what your daily life will look like: As a receptionist/office assistant, you will ensure the smooth running of the office. Your daily activities will include duties like data entry, preparing out-going mail (Canada post/purolator) and sorting Deliveries, and scanning Invoices. Advantages ADVANTAGES Your advantages as a receptionist/office assistant: Great possibility of Permanent Position Ville Mont-Royal (Decarie boulevard) 100% in the office Hourly Salary of $19.00 to $20.00 per hour Work schedule from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., 40 hours per week Opportunity for advancement Responsibilities RESPONSIBILITIES Your responsibilities as a receptionist/office assistant : -Answer calls approximately 80-100 calls daily -Answering and routing calls on a queue -Sorting and scanning incoming mail, complete mail receipt list -Preparing out-going mail (Canada post/purolator) -Sorting Deliveries -Scanning Invoices -Support leadership team where required -purolator labeling and waybills completion. Qualifications Required skills: -Diploma of Secondary Education; -Bilingualism (French-English); -Experience in a similar position -Excellent organizational skills; -Attention to details; -Automomous by nature; -Able to work in a fast-paced work environment; -Good knowledge of the Office suite (Word and Excel); -Good analytical sense, dynamism, enthusiasm.
