We are a company focused on individual talent development and success in addition to your wellness.THE POSITION The Executive Assistant provides exceptional administrative support to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of key executives and senior leadership within the Finance Department. As a team-oriented self-starter who thrives on attention to detail, the Executive Assistant provides a wide range of administrative support services to meet the needs and expectations of our Vice President and Chief Financial Officer as well as other Finance Directors. Success in this position requires a positive and professional demeanor which is task focused and the ability to effectively prioritize workflow.THE QUALIFICATIONS You have a post-secondary education in Office Administration or equivalent, complimented by five years’ experience in a busy corporate environment. You have intermediate Excel skills, advanced Power Point skills and advanced understanding of Outlook or a comparable online calendaring system. You have proven discretion when dealing with sensitive matters, as well as excellent written and oral communication skills. You are experienced in juggling the support of senior leaders, easily multi-tasking, and prioritizing. You have exceptional customer service skills that compliment your ability to connect and help support the work of the business.*This position is based in our Canadian, Corporate Head Office, St. Catharines/Niagara-on-the-Lake.
