Job#: 2017835 Job Description: Intermediate or Senior IT Systems Analyst (Cloud) Client Industry: Healthcare ITWork Location: Remote | Proposed candidates must be in Canada & willing to work PST Hours (9am - 5pm PST)Terms: 6 Month Contract (extensions available)Start Date: ASAPEnd Date: August 31st, 2024Hours: Full Time (37.5 Hours / Week) Project Details: Cloud Center of Excellence (CCOE) Skills Required:The Cloud Operations Analysts will need the following skills and experience for this contract:3+ years working in an IT support capacityHands-on experience with at least one Cloud Service Provider (Microsoft Azure, AWS)Knowledge of IT service management processesKnowledge of Infrastructure as Code using AWS CloudFormation, Terraform, CDKKnowledge of orchestration and CI/CD tools using AWS CI/CD services, Github Actions, JIRA, Confluence, GitHub, or other toolsHands-on experience with managing and securing cloud infrastructure (i.e. subnetting, network routing, configuration evaluation, identity services, etc.) Hands-on experience with alerting, monitoring, and log aggregating frameworks (i.e. ElasticSearch, Logstash, Kabana, CloudWatch, Azure Monitor, Grafana, etc.)Hands-on experience with programming and scripting languages (i.e. Typescript, Python, C#, Java, YAML, JSON, etc.) The Cloud Operations Analysts may perform the following activities during the course of their contract:Triage, troubleshoot and resolve operational issues related to the cloud technologiesResearch, design, implement, and operate tools, system and services to augment and improve cloud operationsImplement and maintain deployment pipelines and automations in the cloud environmentsDevelop and maintain maintenance plans to address technical issues, seeking opportunities for improvement and efficiencyEnhance current automation tools and introduce automation to replace manual processesMonitor and carry out pro-active maintenance activities to ensure operational excellence and security of the cloud environmentsTechnical documentation including troubleshooting guides, playbooks, runbooks, deployment processes, etc. Contribute to the overall support process improvement for all PHSA applications and integrations.Ability to work with business and technical resources.Contribute to a collaborative team environment by information sharing and team cooperationSeniority Level Descriptions:Intermediate A Degree in Consulting Category related disciplines and a minimum of two (2) years of related Consulting Category experience; or A Diploma in Consulting Category related disciplines and a minimum of three (3) years of related Consulting Category experience; or A Certificate in Consulting Category related disciplines and a minimum of four (4) years of related Consulting Category experience; or An absolute minimum of six (6) years of directly related Consulting Category experience. Senior An absolute minimum of eight (8) years of directly related Consulting Category experience.
