SHORELINES CASINO BELLEVILLESURVEILLANCE OPERATOR – PART TIME Team up with the industry’s best and provide great guest experiences at Shorelines Casino Belleville! Shorelines Casino Belleville is currently seeking driven and energetic individuals to join our team as a part-time SURVEILLANCE OPERATOR. Under the direct supervision of the Supervisor, Surveillance, this position is responsible for monitoring interior and exterior areas of the property by closed circuit television cameras and maintaining visual records while contributing to a safe and welcoming work environment for all employees. Team members ensure adherence to all policies and procedures. Above all else, must be aligned with, and promote, Shorelines Casinos culture and philosophy of creating a great, memorable experience for our guests and colleagues.Duties and Responsibilities Include: Exceeds guest expectations by providing outstanding customer service Helps create an engaged work environment by choosing positivity and fun, recognizing excellent peer performance, and by caring about and supporting our colleagues every day Monitors, documents and reports violations, large cash/cash equivalents transactions, excluded and self-excluded guests and unauthorized access; reports violations to the Supervisor, Surveillance Maintains logs and records Communicates effectively with all appropriate operational departments Builds strong working relationships with guests and employees Complies with licensing laws, health and safety and other statutory regulations Performs other duties as assigned or directed. Protection of company assets and patrons; both internal and external Protection of gaming integrity for GCGC and the province of Ontario. Strict adherence to the Surveillance code of conduct and Mandate. Successful candidates will demonstrate the following qualifications: People-focused and committed to service excellence Proactive and solution-oriented with a drive to succeed Secondary School Diploma Post-Secondary education in criminology or a suitable combination of education and experience an asset Smart Serve Certificate Proficiency in English, oral and written Minimum 3 years of work experience; experience in security or surveillance an asset Since the fun never stops at Shorelines, candidates must be ready and willing to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, holidays and overnights, based on business needs.
