In return, we offer: Opportunities for career growth and developmentEmployee/Family Bursary ProgramFriendly and supportive work environment and an ambitious teamDiscounts on RV purchases, rentals and partsCompany events focused around social action and getting together as a team CORE COMPETENCIES Customer FocusCommunicationAdaptable to a fast-paced work environmentTeam WorkQuality OrientationProblem SolvingAccountability and DependabilityOperating EquipmentEthics and Integrity JOB DUTIES: Responsible for the detailing of interior and exterior of RVs part of the rental fleet.Perform general detailing activities, including vacuuming, shampooing, deodorizing, and washing.Drive RVs in the dealership lotMix cleaning solutions, abrasive compositions, or other compounds/solutions according to formulas.Operate cleaning equipment or machines.Use a variety of handheld tools.Notify the manager or appropriate technician when you notice parts of an RV that require repair or replacement.Other duties as assigned by the manager REQUIREMENTS: Valid driver’s license with a clean driver’s abstract.Must be dependable, possess strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize effectively.Excellent customer service skills.Ability to work independently and as a member of a team.Attention to detail, team player and must be able to work for Minimum 1 year of work experience in the RV sector, including washing and cleaning vehicles, is an asset.Interest in RVs and knowledge about RV repair and maintenance is an asset.Must be available to work on Weekends. WORK CONDITIONS: Ability to work outside in all weather conditions.Shift work may be required, including evenings, weekends, and early mornings.Overtime may be required.Ability to remain standing for long periods and to bending, twist, push, pull and carry equipment and supplies.Lifting or moving up to 50lbs may be required, including shovelling snow, operating equipment, and moving parts/supplies.
