Job Details Description Job Description Summary: Ensures a safe work environment by following all the Company and customer rules and regulations regarding the workplace. Give direction and assign tasks to subordinates.Serve as first line of supervision.Understand contract requirements and customer expectations.Interprets and communicates items that are in question in the manuals and/or Company policies to employees.Monitor and/or conduct required training of personnel.Ensuring compliance with established Company and customer safety/security policies and procedures.Maintain working relationship with customers and provide prompt response to service requests. Requirements: 19 years of ageMust be able to pass a background check, and able to obtain and maintain a Restricted Area Identification Card (RAIC) and Airside vehicle operator's permit (AVOP)Must be able to work various shifts and days of the week. Airlines are 24/7, so we require our team to be flexible to work various shifts including nights, weekends and holidaysAble to follow PrimeFlight Aviation safety guidelines for transporting the physically challengedEligible to work in CanadaAble to follow PrimeFlight Aviation safety guidelines for transporting the physically challenged Education/Experience: High school diploma/GED Competency:To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following competencies: Problem Solving, Customer Service, Interpersonal, and Oral Communication. Reasoning Ability:Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
