What does a great Technical Production Control, Advisor do?
In the role this individual will be a technology professional adding value to a gamut of Software Development lifecycle stages. You will not only work on production support activities like incident, change, problem management but also on certification support for multiple clients. As a part of your production support activities, you will be on call after office hours and work on weekends as needed. You will create production run books, maintain change registers and perform impact analysis for production issues worked upon. You will have the opportunity to work with the best talent in the industry and provide production support for innovative, high quality and largest financial solutions to meet our clients’ business needs. You will be responsible for leading teams in Canada, India & USA and preparation of various dashboards and status reports. Basic Qualifications for Consideration :
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent
- At least 5 plus years of experience in Unix, Oracle, Scheduling tools and Java
- Experience with monitoring tools like Splunk, AppDynamics and MoogSoft
Preferred Skills, Experience :
- Good analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work in team environment and client interfacing skills.
- Experience and desire to work in a Global Delivery environment
