Responsibilities 1. Write, revise and/or correct various documents: forms, procedures, PPT presentations, reports, in English or French. 2. Translate documents from French to English and vice-versa. Engage the services of our external translators when required, and follow up and verify the translated documents. 3. Create clips for internal broadcast on 6 TV screens using using ITES, Vimeo and PowerPoint, based on information supplied by from department heads. 4. On request, replace administrative support staff when absent for vacations or other short periods. 5. On request, perform various administrative tasks as needed to lighten to lighten the workload of various departments. 6. Act as a 2 nd replacement for the receptionist/administrative assistant during her vacations or other absences. 7. Support the Administrative Services Supervisor in various aspects of her of her activities. 8. Participate in the organization of internal and external events and meetings. 9. Ensure that product displays at reception and in the conference room are up to date. 10. Prepare requisitions for the purchase of supplies and equipment, and monitor orders through to payment. 11. Search for new bids and suppliers. 12. Maintain product samples in displays at reception and in the sales room. Qualifications 1. Diploma of College Studies in Office Technology or equivalent; 2. 5 years experience in a similar position; 3. Excellent document editing skills; 4. Excellent communication skills; 5. Creative, conceptual and graphic design skills; 6. Fluently bilingual with excellent French and English grammar; 7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Adobe Pro and Vimeo. 8. Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, strong drive and ability to manage manage priorities; 9. Professionalism, autonomy, initiative and discretion. Summary Why Randstad?
