The Nitty Gritty Specifics: Ensure that the Parts and Service department operates harmoniously and profitably. Track and report the performance of the Parts and Service departments.Oversee all departmental personnel functions including recruitment and staffing, performance management, motivation/morale, compensation, labour relations, terminations, etc. with assistance from FFUN Human Resources.Oversee and facilitate training and professional development.Implement processes to ensure the quality, efficiency, and profitability of the departments.Provide leadership for continuous improvement. What you need: Previous Service Department experience in the Motorsports industry is preferred but will provide training for the proper candidate.Passion for guest satisfaction.Experience working with service business systems.Self-driven and motivated to achieve results.Valid ON/MB driver’s license.
