Desired Skills :

  • Full cycle accounting experience with the knowledge of accounting software an asset
  • Knowledgeable with Payroll processes, Government Remittances and GST filings
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
  • Ability to work with a team, prioritize tasks to meet client demands
  • Ability to transition between multiple competing priorities
  • Facilitate projects, perform evaluations and system analysis

Duties to Include :

  • Build positive relationships with team and clients, effectively responding to inquiries
  • Perform research in finding solutions to program issues
  • Detecting and reviewing inconsistent financial and operational processes
  • Focus on improving the quality & time management both internally and for clients

If you have an accounting background, are working on Accounting Certification and/or are interested in technology, we would love to hear from you!

  • Research, process documentation, templates
  • Team leader with analytical skills required internally and for clients, including development, defining inhouse and client processes for a variety of industries
  • Working with clients to streamline processes
  • Participate in business development initiatives and identify new business opportunities with existing clients
  • Engage in training staff and enhance the professional development of your team.
