Responsibilities include implementing preventative maintenance, liaising with service providers.  Scope:Ensure all vehicles are maintained in compliance with vehicle inspection and maintenance regulations and company expectationsOrganized record keepingAssist in vendor selection and price negotiationsReview PM (Planned Maintenance) work order history and contribute to the PM schedule to optimized equipment.Facilitate communications between Maintenance and other departments.Periodically review policies and processes to ensure best practice throughout the department.Assume the position of direct contact for third-party vendors, schedule and track all service activity.Understand, comply with, and promote all company safety rules, company policies, regulations, and documentation.Ensure the effective capacity utilization, reliability, and life cycle asset management.What We Offer:Competitive salaryComprehensive benefit planOn-site parkingPotential career growth for the right candidateWhat You Bring:Minimum 3 years Maintenance Coordinator experience requiredValid class 1 license is considered an assetPrevious PM system experience, including the ability to make enhancements and implement changes as needed.Sound knowledge of commercial equipment related to the work performedStrong observational and analytical skills Ability to analyze complex problems and identify solutionsAbility to work under pressure
