E-Commerce Manager

Westlock Powersports & Marine is a leader in the North American Powersports market and we are looking for a dedicated and experienced e-commerce/supply chain manager to develop and manage our online store and to oversee all aspects of our sales process from product sourcing to customer service. As E-commerce Developer, you will be actively participating in the carrying out of the E-commerce function, strategy, and practice for WPM (E-retail, Amazon, Etc.) with the support of the Sales and Parts Staff, as well as our Shipping Department. You will work closely with our marketing department as well as our brands, stakeholder clients and internal team to provide best advice, develop, plan, and monitor E-commerce strategy.

Responsibilities

• Manage the sales process from sourcing to delivery from our e-commerce website :

• Maintain a large inventory of products that meet customer needs

• Manage and track orders and advise customers on order status

• Manage the entire sales process from sourcing to delivery with a focus on e-commerce

• Work closely with warehouse team to ensure that orders are being processed in a timely manner.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, supply chain or related field.
• E-Commerce development experience.
• Strong communication skills (written & verbal) both written & spoken.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) & Google Suite.
