Our team researches, innovates and creates solutions that deliver healthy results for our customers.Job Purpose and ImpactThe Customer Service Coordinator (18 month term) will process routine customer facing order management activities. In this role, you will use your general understanding of customer service practices and procedures to help execute well established customer service activities for basic and middle service level customers. You will contribute to an increased level of transparency, communication and responsiveness with the company's customers.Key AccountabilitiesReceive and process customer requests across multiple platforms following standard procedures.Receive inbound calls directly from Cargill’s farmer customers answering basic market and risk management product questions, taking orders to buy or sell grain, answering customer specific account & contract-related questions and supporting customers interactions with our digital platforms.Collaborate with formulation, pricing and master data teams to create new products from conceptualization to commercialization.Receive and process clerical and administrative change requests following defined policies and procedures.Assist in processing standard requests from customers and consultants and validate data and accuracy.Escalate undocumented issues that are not commonly defined or known to higher level staff.Proactively identify risks and opportunities, within area of scope, to improve the order management processes.Handle complex clerical, administrative, technical or customer support issues under minimal supervision, while escalating only the most complex issues to appropriate staff.Other duties as assigned.QualificationsMinimum QualificationsHigh school diploma, secondary education level or equivalentMinimum of four years of related work experienceProficient in Microsoft OfficeProven ability to communicate exceptionally with customers and generate positive customer experiences in writing and on the phoneMust be legally entitled to work for Cargill in CanadaPreferred QualificationsBachelor’s degree in a related fieldCustomer service or order management experienceExperience in agricultureExperience or knowledge in SAPAnimal nutrition backgroundCargill is an equal opportunity employer and committed to providing accommodation to our job applicants with disabilities.
