The Impact the Executive Assistant to the Chief Program Officer can make: The Executive Assistant to the Chief Program Officer provides seamless and timely administrative support.
How you will contribute: Display a high level of professionalism when representing the office of the Chief Program Officer Full calendar management Drafting correspondence and related materials Arranging and managing meeting agendas, taking minutes and actioning to do's Preparing expense claims Supporting the CPO in preparing for meetings by way of summarizing research and other meeting materials.
Plan and coordinate all logistics involved for meetings, tours, and events hosted by the CPO and Program Directors.
Coordinate travel arrangements.
Produce documents and presentation materials as assigned by the CPO.
Project work as required Maintain and file records and documents as required.
Additional, occasional duties in support of the Executive Office administration team.
Compensation: The successful candidate can expect a starting salary of between $46,555.60 and $58,184.40 depending on factors such as internal equity, experience, competencies, and education.
Once hired, salaries are reviewed annually following the annual performance review and successful employees have the opportunity for their salary to increase, over time, up to the maximum of the pay band, currently $69,815.20.
