POSITION DESCRIPTION Within the project management team, the successful candidate will have to: Take charge, plan, organize and complete the construction work of the company which will be entrusted to him by carrying out all the required tasks such as: Find and retain the services of subcontractors by carrying out calls for tenders and contractual agreements; Monitor contracts and service provision; Calculations of quantities, orders and management of delivery of materials. Support other project managers, superintendents and foremen with workforce planning; Ensure record keeping in collaboration with the administration team; Monitor budgets and prepare work progress; Define and monitor deadlines. PROFILE WANTED BAC or Technical with experience in architecture, civil engineering or building mechanics; 4 to 5 years of relevant experience required; Skill in SmartUse, Office, Windows; Ability to read and understand architectural, structural, civil and mechanical plans; Personal or professional experience in construction, an asset.
