Purpose of the job: FP&A team is built as follow : 1 performance director, 2 FP&A manager and 3 FP&A analyst. The Financial Planning & Analysis Analyst processes multiple financial data and provides a fair view of Alstom AMERICAS region to top management. Drive Business performance : target adherence monitoring on main KPIs Build Reporting / analysis tools for AMERICAS sites / product lines Monthly gap analysis VS budget or other references Prepare Monthly Business reviews slide : quality and clear message Rolling forecast preparation and coordination with Finance community Support the FP&A manager on forecast period coordination (2 big forecast per year and monthly rolling forecast) Month end coordination Ensure data accuracy over AMERICAS sites / projects Review Headcount with HR on monthly prospective Coordinate high level adjustment if needed People & coordination : Communicate deadlines to finance community Cascade instruction from central to AMER finance community. Support finance community on FP&A process and tool Competencies & skills : Curious, striving to learn and develop determination Ability to coordinate with people Synthesis and organization Accounting basics (P&L , BS, flows) Agility and like working in a changing environment Ability to adopt new tool quickly Mandatory : Fluent in english first experience in Finance or audit You don't need to be a train enthusiast to thrive with us.
