MOBILE MAINTENANCE LABORER

The normal work schedule is on a rotation of 4 weeks: 2 weeks worked (77 hours per week, 7 days a week) followed by 2 weeks of rest.

Future challenges

Reporting to the Mobile Maintenance Supervisor, the Day Laborer will be responsible of:

• Washing all mining equipment and components as needed;
• Maintain the wash bay to promote a safe and efficient work environment;
• Perform assigned work tasks and follow up on task completion;
• Participate in basic maintenance practices and procedures;
• Maintain and care for work areas;
• Performs all other related duties associated with the position.

Profile required

• Have a high school diploma;
• Class 5 driver's license;
• 0-2 years’ experience in mechanic.

Assets

• Able to communicate orally and written in at least two of the following languages: Inuktitut, English or French (trilingual will be considered an asset).
