Ride the next mile with us!Reporting to the Director of Project Management, the Junior PM provides project support and coordinates the day-to-day tasks of various projects within the strategy and project team's portfolio of projects. 1. Project Management:Align the program with the organization's strategic goals and objectives.Ensure that the program contributes to the overall success of the organization.Create a detailed program plan outlining tasks, timelines, and resource requirements.Optimize the allocation of resources, including personnel, technology, and finances, to meet program objectives.2. Stakeholder Management:Identify, engage, and communicate with key stakeholders, including executives, project teams, and external partners.Communicate program goals, status updates, and key milestones to stakeholders.Provide regular updates on program status, milestones achieved, and upcoming activities.Establish and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.3. Risk Management:Identify potential risks and issues that may impact the program.Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies.Monitor and report on the status of risk mitigation efforts.4. Evaluation and Reporting:Evaluate program performance against goals and objectives.Prepare and present regular reports to leadership and stakeholders.Conduct post-program evaluations to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement.Qualifications and requirements:Bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, or a related field.Between two (2) to five (5) years of experience in project management with a focus on overseeing large, complex projects and managing project portfolios.Previous experience in transport, logistics operations or supply chain managementKnowledge, Skills, Abilities:Skills: communication, and stakeholder management skills. Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.Knowledge: understanding of project management principles, practices, and frameworks . Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliverables simultaneously.Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly assess situations, identify issues, and develop effective solutions.Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing priorities and requirements in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Linguistic: Communicate Effectively in French and EnglishTechnical Skills:Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PPT, etc.)Project Management tools (Monday, JIRA, Asana, etc.)Diagramming Software (Microsoft Visio, Lucidchart, Miro, etc.)Intelcom is a leading last-mile carrier in the e-commerce sector.
