Responsibilities - Provide exceptional customer service for our clients and drivers - Organize the customs paperwork (ACE/ACI) and coordinate with US custom brokers - Support with billing duties, carrier invoice audition, charges and rates - Track and trace, monitor shipment status and update customers - Other related operations duties, supporting the department supervisor Qualifications - Excellent English and French language skills - Minimum of 1 year experience working in the transportation / logistics sector - Team spirit. Able to work well with others - Good communicator - Minimum high school graduate - Great attitude & willingness to learn.
