JOB SUMMARYRadius Security is now hiring for our state-of-the-art command monitoring station that operates 24/7 in Richmond B.C. We are a ULC listed Monitoring Station. Our company has been in business since 1948 serving the lower mainland and now have expanded across Canada and into the United States.WHO ARE WE? Radius Security owns their own monitoring station and only monitors for their own clients. We supply and install security systems, fire systems, access control systems and our camera systems. We pride ourselves for our high apprehension rate and our professional communication we have with all emergency jurisdictions. In 2018, 46% of our 576 police dispatches resulted in apprehensions.WHAT DOES THIS ROLE LOOK LIKE? The Command Center Operator monitors and responds to all incoming video and regular alarms. The Command Center Operator will dispatch police, fire and ambulance when required to our different cities across Canada and in the U.S.A.
