As an Imaging Specialist- Custom Apparel, you are key to the successful production of our customers' custom apparel products. Before starting each project, you select the materials based on what the client has requested. You complete the preparation of garments, setting up the equipment, curing and other final finishing steps. As you operate the technology, you enjoy creating high-quality final products. Your attention to detail is essential as you review work orders for accuracy, completeness, and perform quality control checks to avoid waste and rework. When unexpected challenges arise, you utilize your innovative problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and consult teammates and suppliers to find solutions. Printing transfers using direct-to-film printer and operating heat press to apply to garments. Pre-treating and curing garments. Obtaining digitized artwork and operating digital embroidering machine to ensure accurate placement, colour selection and stitch quality. Performing regular maintenance on machines and keeping working environment organized and in optimal condition. Monitoring and maintaining ink and supplies inventory. Ordering garments from vendors Completing all orders on time to guarantee customer satisfaction. Maintaining healthy relationships with all staff members Follow safety guidelines and maintain a safe work environment. Skills that you bring... General knowledge about computers, RIPs and file set up for apparel production. Experience with at least one of the above-mentioned apparel production processes. High attention to detail and strong focus on quality control � ensuring accuracy and quality (eg. garments are correct item, colours, sizes, logo placement, etc.) A problem solver with strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills Reliable and dependable Team player Able to work unsupervised. Strive to improve efficiency, quality, and productivity in apparel production department. Communicate effectively to provide updates on project status addressing any issues or concerns.
